We love you and miss you...

Bob and Cheryl held their love for their family above all else. They also loved music (the blues), fishing, gardening, BBQ-ing, Cooking, and all sports. Bob traveled to Europe and around the US in the Summer between college. He served in the Army between 1966 to 1969, stationed in Germany. He eventually came home and married the love of his life, Cheryl. It goes without saying that they were crazy about their Grandchildren. "My boys'" they used to call them.

God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not to be,
So He put his arms around you
And whispered "Come to Me."
With tearful eyes we watched you,
And saw you pass away.
Although we loved you dearly,
We could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands at rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.
